RESULTS OF WHOLLY FOLLOWING THE LORD BE
BURDENS (Vs 7) It was not easy for Caleb to go over in that land. There was a river to
cross and, many dangerous snares, but he was following the Lord and he believed
he would have the victory. There will be some
BURDENS IN FOLLOWING THE LORD: A. HEART BURDENS--Closer you get to God, the more unworthy you
feel. He purges the branches that they might bring forth more fruit. B.
HOME BURDENS---Your children will at times want to yield to the world. If a
person truly stands there will be Burdens at home. C. HARVEST BURDENS---Many farmers work into the night that they might reap a harvest.

HELPER BURDENS--- (Vs 8) BE
BOLDNESS (Vs 8) Caleb reviewed the total report of the spies. The people rebelled but he
remained steadfast and he was bold in his stand. He had Boldness: A. IN THE WORD--(Vs 10) He kept God's promises in
His Heart. God promised me a mountain and I
want it…Help us to claim God's promises. B.
IN THE WORK---Caleb said "WE ARE ABLE" the reason
many fail is because they faint. BE
BLESSINGS God will Honor and Help those that WHOLLY FOLLOW HIM. He will give them
a filled, fuller life. A. PROTECTION-- (10) "Lord kept me alive" B.
POWER "Strong today as when Lord sent me" C.
PROSPERITY-- (v 12) "GIVE ME THAT MOUNTAIN" GOD WILL GIVE RESULTS ONLY TO THOSE THAT ARE WILLING TO WHOLLY FOLLOW THE
LORD. MAY GOD HELP US TO GET OUR
MOUNTAIN! |
