1. Growth can create disturbance if not managed properly.
2. Grief can come to those who don’t catch the vision.

2. Fear of being replaced in a job, etc.
3. Fear of change –never done it that way before.

3. The requirements set for service. (Vs.3b)
4. The restriction set for service. (Vs.3c)

1. Not to rule over the church.
2. Not to lord over the pastor.
3. Not to be a board of officials.
4. Just to serve.
