AIN'T NO GRAVE GONNA HOLD MY BODY Down

WHEN SHALL WE RISE?

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 " For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. "

  HOW SHALL WE GO?

Corinthians 15:51-53 "Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

   WHERE SHALL WE GO?'

John 14:1-3 "Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you.  I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself, that where I am, there ye may be also."

  WHAT SHALL WE BE LIKE?

I John 3:2 "Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is."

-He came through the door.

-He eats with them by the sea shore.

 We Shall Know Each Other

I Corinthians 13:12 "For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known."

Matthew 17:1-4 " And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart, And was transfigured before them: and his face did Shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light. And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elijah talking with him.  Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.  "

Matthew 27:50-53 "Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many. "

-Jesus was recognized by Stephen, Paul, John.

WHAT PROMISE DO WE HAVE OF THIS?

John 14:1 "Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me."
