TEXT: GENESIS 11:1-9
INTRODUCTION:
Today, just as those in Babylon, man is seeking to go as far into the
heavens as he possibly can. The moon is of great importance in the BIBLE and
it is mentioned a total of 61 times in all its forms. It is the lesser light
and rules the night. The moon is a type of the Church in the fact that it
reflects the light of the sun. Get-ting on the moon was of great significance
to our government, but getting in the SON of GOD is of far greater
significance to all of us. I am glad my peace, calling and election is sure
and I trust that yours is as sure as mile.
